| Click on "Start", then "Control
Panel". Under here click on "Network and Internet
Connections".

Click on "Set up or change your Internet connection".

Click on the "Connections" tab then click on the "Settings"
button.

Click on "Properties".

Make sure there is a check mark next to "Use dialing rules".
If not put one there and then click on "Dialing Rules".

Click on "Edit".

Put a check mark in the box next to "To disable call waiting,
dial:" and select "*70" to disable it. Make sure
you have "918" in for the area code. Then click "OK"
until you are back to the "Network and Internet Connections".
Close it and the next time you logon to the Internet it should cancel
Call Waiting. Also you need to make sure you have "Cancel Call
Waiting" through your telephone company.
